Racism mustn’t be tolerated and the fight against it mustn’t be overlooked. Following the murder of George Floyd in June 2020 we took a day in solidarity with Black Lives Matter to support #theshowmustbepaused and since then have been holding quarterly black out days where we assess our progress as an organisation in relation to these issues and take sounding for further action. We have been committed to promoting fairness and diversity within our team, our community, and our ecosystem, but we have much more to do and so we will.

We’ve found this forum to be such a useful and supportive one when it comes to engaging and educating on issues that affect the black community and look forward to continuing to develop the discussions had.
